<p>Bee Pollen, was once known as Ambrosia, food of the gods. It is thought that man, with enough fibre and water, could live off bee pollen alone.  Breaking down the constituents, pollen is 35% protein (half in the form of amino acids), 40% sugar, 5% fats and 3% minerals, with the remainder comprising vitamins, trace Elements, enzymes and hormones.</p>
